Flexographic Printing Press for Metal Printing

Compared to some of our competitors, Jin Xiang’s greatest strength lies in our ability to provide flexographic printing presses for metal printing. Applicable materials include aluminum, iron, laminated copper foil, stainless steel and other metals that can be rolled up.

Our flexographic printing press is also capable of printing patterns on metalware such as metal cans, aluminum ceilings, iron wallboards, aluminum scutcheons, stainless steel kitchenware, stainless steel plates, stainless steel scutcheons and more.

We manufacture these flexo presses according to customer requirements for printing color, equipment power, and size. Because metal material is heavier than other materials, key parts of the metal printing press, such as the printing station and plate cylinder, require a higher bearing capacity. We specialize in metal printing by intentionally enlarging the plate cylinder length and equipment size to improve press strength. A bespoke press with a web width of more than 380mm is recommended for metal printing requirements.
