Disposable Medical Mask Automatic Production

Our disposable medical mask making machine is designed for making flat ear loop mask. The whole line is consisted of the mask body making machine and 2 ear loop making machines. It is a high automation mask machine utilizing the latest ultrasonic welding technology. After the fabric is manually loaded in a whole roll (up to 4 pieces), the equipment can automatically feed, produce, shape, cut to length, and weld the ear loops. Finally, the mask is formed, and the finished product is automatically counted (settable) and flows out.
